Hello,

I lived one of the most significant experiences of my life, teaching at Fundación Hogar Nueva Granada until the sixth grade, the subject was English.

The lesson (three sessions) was daily routines and the unit of study was democracy and peace: coexistence in the classroom.

Educational Project

Teaching is not just my profession; it’s my passion and vocation. I believe in guiding students on a journey of self-discovery, helping them recognize their unique talents and vocations. My approach to education begins with fostering metacognition, encouraging students to understand how they learn best. I use Universal Design for Learning (UDL) strategies to help them personalize their learning experience. From there, I introduce the concept of an infinite mindset, where students learn to set meaningful long-term goals, develop teamwork skills, and embrace leadership opportunities. The final stage encourages them to expand their comfort zones and apply what they've learned in reallife situations. To support this growth, I prioritize creating a safe and nurturing environment where students feel empowered to be themselves and take risks in their learning.
